Thorne-Rider Park Indoor Hitting & Pitching Shed
The Sheridan Athletic Association, Sheridan Recreation District, and many donors from the community have constructed a 60’ x 100’ indoor hitting and pitching facility for year round practice. The building is located in Thorne-Rider Park across from Legion Stadium. Webb Wright baseball players and softball players can access the building. The facility has three pitching mounds, three tunnels for hitting, and an open area for short toss and long toss. NO MINORS under the age of 16 will be allowed in the facility without parental supervision. You will need to go online to reserve a time slot and there is a small fee for use. Visit www.yourcourts.com to reserve a slot today. Webb Wright coaches and softball teams will need to contact JD Williams or Zach Stewart at 307-674-6421 to sign up a team for practice.

The Pathway is maintained throughout the year from 8th Street to North Park. You can still get out and take advantage of the pathways through the winter months. Get out and exercise yourself or take your dog for a walk through beautiful Thorne-Rider Park.
